2023 Budget - University Center ROA

Dear UCROA Owner,
University Center ROA approved the 2023 budget. Please see attached. The monthly assessments have increased by approximately 5% for 2023. The increase is necessary to meet the rising costs of services provided to UCROA and to satisfy the financial requirements that are mandated by state regulations. For 2023, assessments will increase from $100 to $105 per month. For homes located in the Overlook Neighborhood, assessments will increase from $119 to $125 per month.
As a reminder, The Board of Directors will be meeting at 6:30PM on the 3rd Wednesday of every month for 2023 (except December). Meetings will continue to be held virtually via Zoom Meeting and notices will be sent via Email with instructions on how to join.
Please remember about the 2022 Annual Meeting which will be held tomorrow (11/16) at 7:00PM. If you are not able to attend, please make sure you send your Proxy to TZurawski@TWCmanagement.com.
