Association will be held on Thursday, November 18, 2021 virtually via Zoom at
7:00pm.

There are three (3) positions open on the Board of Directors.
One is a one year position for a homeowner
in the Riverside Village neighborhood, one is a three year position for a
homeowner in Chelsea Courts neighborhood and one is a three year position is
for a homeowner in the Overlook neighborhood. If you are interested in running for a position on the Board, please
complete and return the nomination form.
We hope that you will be able to attend the Annual
Meeting. If, for any reason you are not
able to attend, we ask that you sign and return the proxy form no
later than noon on November 18, 2021. You may also
