Please remember trash days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Recycling day is Friday only. Please see an overview of the trash policy
below. If you are not following the
policy, you risk receiving a violation notice. 

1. Containers may not be placed on the curb before 6PM the
evening before pickup and must be removed from the curb on the day of trash
collection

2. All trash and
recycling must be secured in a designated container with a securely fitted lid.

3. Bags of any kind
are not permitted. All trash and recycling should be placed curbside in a
designated container.

4. All
trash/recycling containers are required to have the last two digits of the
house number and two letter street designation. If you do not have the containers labeled, the association may remove
the trash can without warning and without reimbursement.

5. Trash Containers
must be stored in the rear of the home when not in use.
