 | |  | | From Teresa | | | I'm writing to let you know that I am retiring from TWC. It has been my honor and privilege to serve as your community manager for the last 14 years. Together with all of you and the Board, we have been able to accomplish many things for the betterment of UCROA - including adding the 95 homes in Overlook to our community. I have greatly enjoyed working with you and the Board! Best wishes to all of you and your families - and continued prosperity for UCROA.

Your new manager is Elsa Waskin. Her assistant is Monica Vancourt. Elsa's bio is below.
Elsa Waskin has been in the property management field
specializing in the management of common interest communities for over 15 years. Prior to joining TWC Elsa
has been an On-Site Manager for a large-scale homeowner’s association in
Leesburg, Virginia for about 5 years and she
has also managed several portfolios of upscale communities throughout her many
years in the industry. Ms. Waskin has earned her CMCA Community Association
Manager Certification & her AMS designation by Community Association
Institute (CAI) as well as maintained her Virginia Real Estate License.
Elsa was born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the
Northern Virginia area; She is fully trilingual in Spanish, French and English.
Elsa is your new Community Manager. Her experience,
qualifications and personality make her a great asset to our community.
She has an open-door policy and is looking forward meeting and getting to know
