Our landscaper will begin mowing the week of April 6 and all areas will be mowed once before Easter. We understand that there is currently some tall grass in spots, while there is also grass that has not grown yet in many areas. The start of the growing season is especially tricky this year due to the lack of a real Winter, so we appreciate your understanding as this year's mowing services get started. As mowing continues through the year, please help our landscaper by following these helpful tips:

• Please
  avoid parking vehicles over curbs
• Please
  pick up after pets and, if desired, use the pet stations
• Please
  place trash and recycling at the curb rather than on the grass
• Please
  help keep common areas free of personal items and loose trash and
  recycling
• Please
  avoid areas where landscapers are mowing, but if you need to, please make
  them aware of your presence and they will pause
• Please
  report any concerns to the property manager rather than the landscaping
  crew
